And I just thought I'd mention in case you hadn't heard about this yet... if you size your videos at 480x360 (instead of 320x240), youtube will offer up a link to a "high rez" version option, along with the standard rez you're currently seeing. This high rez version can then be embedded onto the wippets (see here for info on that... http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/12/how-to-embed-high-quality-and-higher-resolution-youtube-videos-on-blog-or-website/)
